  • Wait at least 24 hours before making any initial payments into the account, to ensure a smooth transition.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the warranty cannot be applied, and no request for replacement will be accepted.

Extended warranty

For those looking for even greater peace of mind, we also offer an extended warranty. You can choose coverage from one year up to a lifetime warranty, at an additional cost. These options allow you to enjoy your account with maximum peace of mind, knowing that you're protected for the long term against any problems that may arise.

Refund policy

Please note that Pimboo does not offer cash refunds. However, if a problem occurs with your account and the warranty conditions are met, we will replace the account. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as the purchase of an account that has already been sold due to an error in our stock management.
