   • You can choose a new name for your Clash of Clans account, according to your personal preferences.
3. Customize your Clash of Clans account :
   • Add a personal touch by customizing your account details to suit your needs and preferences.

It is important to note that on some accounts, changing the e-mail address is only possible after a period of 7 days following your initial connection to the account. This applies particularly to accounts where the e-mail address has recently been changed. This measure is designed to ensure the security and integrity of accounts, while offering optimum flexibility for necessary adjustments.

Warranty

Our standard 30-day warranty includes account replacement in the following cases:

• Account banning
• Account lock
• Recovery of account by former owner

It is imperative to respect these rules in order to benefit from the warranty. In the event of non-compliance, no replacement will be possible, meaning no warranty will be granted.

We would like to make it clear that we do not issue cash refunds, but only replace accounts in accordance with our terms and conditions. Cash refunds are only considered in the case of incorrect stock management, e.g. the purchase of an account that has already been sold.

For those wishing to benefit from a one-year or lifetime extended warranty, this option is now available at an additional cost.
