When you purchase an account with us, you'll receive a 15-day guarantee. If you have a problem such as
- A ban (you must respect the fact of not contacting supercell, not telling other players that you have bought an account to avoid reports)
- If someone else logs into your account.
- If from one day to the next you can no longer connect to your account.
We replace the account with one of the same value as the one you purchased. What's more, since you're joining our community, you can stay in touch with the staff if you have any problems.
